Introductions & How We Can Help

Hello there! We wanted to introduce ourselves and provide a bit of information about our role on the Payments board. 

 

As a team, our role on this board is to address general questions and provide insight back to the various Payments teams in charge of support, product enhancements and overall experience. This means that we may not always have ‘the answer’ for you, or that regularly our answer may be for you to contact a Payments trained teammate who can address account specific concerns. 

 

Our time on this board is limited, but we will be present Monday through Friday (except on holidays). You are welcome to tag us in conversations but please be aware that there will be a delay in our response.

 

We’re excited to begin working with you!

 

Things we can help with: General questions, product suggestions, suggestions for how-to content and other self-help tutorials.


Things we cannot help with: Account specific support (cases, disputes, individual transaction research, updating account/banking information, individual escalation of complaints).

For account specific Payments support please request contact from a payments-trained teammate by accessing any of the Help Pages related to payments and using the 'Have us call you' feature at the bottom of the page
