Instant Payments? Not so instant...

I had an opportunity to get an instant payout last night, so I did.  Money is a bit tight this month, so nice to have on hand.  It is 5:30 AM CST and still nothing.  I did consider that the week or so it has been a glitch-a-palooza, but just curious if anything experienced the same? can you advise and perhaps report to the proper department?

Not sure what you mean by "instant" payouts.

If you're referring to Express Payouts to your debit card, the very first time you do this can result in a delay.

"As a security precaution, initial payout to the debit card may be delayed up to 48 hours."

Next time should be the 30 min time frame.

If you're referring to Payouts on Demand to your bank account, eBay should have initiated the payout right away (I think. Possibly there's a delay based on business hours of the processor? Hopefully eBay reps can clarify.) But funds availability still depends on your bank's processing time.

I have been in the express Payments since it started and they've always been right on the money and within a few minutes.  I still have yet to receive them as of 7:30am.  I also think I shouldn't have to pay the fee since I'm still waiting.  Just my thoughts and thanks for all the info.

Was the bank even open last night?

I have a Walmart Green Dot bank account.  I get payments regardless. On weekends too.  It's very convenient.

I just checked my account...no payment yet.  I have had this account on ebay for 7 years with no problems.  I always got my payouts very timely in the past.  I had one on April 30 and it was there in minutes.  I'll keep you posted.  Thanks always for following up.
