Recently, I sold an item through a 'nickel and dime' process of a buyer counter-offering my counteroffers, after I initially declined his original offer.
Here's what I would like to know: In my initial counteroffer, the page clearly said that if the offer maker accepts the counteroffer, "immediate payment" will be required of this buyer. But instead, he countered my counter, and then eventually accepted my final counteroffer. Does this mean that the buyer is now NOT required to make an immediate payment?? ...it does appear he is not making an immediate payment, nor was required to.
Any help on this question is appreciated...thanks.
