Immediate payment

So, if I use regular payouts it takes 1-3 day to clear my bank acct, but if I pay a fee I can immediately withdraw and have my funds in 30 mins? Why is this? Isn’t it an ACH transfer regardless? Just seems like eBay is trying to squeeze every penny out of sellers.

Ebay has new wallet & Debit Card    for  the sellers  to have their payments deposited in  as  a   option   to get money  faster  over  bank account  deposit  .  where they can spend on ebay  & or take   . From  what I heard and read about  it   .     So  far I have not  seen  any threads about sellers signing up  to have the wallet  since  ebay had announced  it   several months ago .
