Immediate Pay Did Not Work

Has anyone else have an issue with your listings all set to immediate payment required , but it isn’t working. I had a lady last week and thought I just didn’t have the “immediate pay required” on..but it was. Then last night someone purchase a phone, and didn’t pay. I checked and sure enough the requirement was on that listing as well as all of my others.

That's weird...Do you use Business Policies?

I have immediate payment required set in Business Policies under payments haven't had an issue.

Yes everything is set on that. I even did a fake relist on the phone and “immediate payment required” was on there. Must be an eBay famous “glitch”

Do you remember if you sent an offer to them at anytime?

No I did not. The one today happened about midnight, and we were asleep. Very strange
