Im new and need help

I need help with something. I have been trying to sell my Xbox and iPod for a week or so. But every time somebody purchases it or makes a offer and I accept it will sit on waiting for payment for hours and they person wont pay. eBay thinks I sold the item so I have to go back in and relist it, since eBay has a monthly listings I have to make new accounts because it says 5 of my items have been sold when it is just people trying to scam me. Yes I have tried putting on Immediate payment required but when I check the box and click Revise Listing it comes up with a error saying that my email for my pay pal is invalid and not linked to a pay pal please try again. I am on a time constraint and need to sell these things quick.

How many accounts have you made trying to sell these?

When the buyer doesn't pay after 48 hours, you need to open an unpaid item dispute and close it 96 hours later to get your fee's refunded.

If you don't file the unpaid item, you'll owe Ebay their fee's.

It's against their terms to open new accounts to bypass the listing limits.

Do you know a way I can get rid of the fees. I know its bad to just make a lot of accounts but I dont have 96 hours to just refund one of the many scams I get.

If you don't have the 96 hours to wait to get your fee's refunded, you're going to owe a lot of fee's before getting a real buyer.
