I want to get back VAT where I have pay twice

I have tried to find out how to contact ebay to get a refund of the VAT that I paid when ordering and paid again when picking up at the postal check. The package is not marked with the fact that duty has been paid and then I have to pay this again on collection.

eBay.nl is for the Netherlands, I don’t believe there is a Norwegian eBay 😕
