I want to cancel order

I was recently looking at several articles, consulting prices and more, yesterday I received an ebay email in which they required me for a payment commitment, which I never asked for, I tried to cancel, but it sent me directly to contact the seller, the Which, at the moment he has not answered me, I have tried to contact ebay support but without success. What can I do in this situation?

Are you saying that someone is demanding payment for something you never bought?

I want to cancel order

If this item IS in your purchase history

you are required to pay for the item. If seller files a claim for payment you can get a strike against your account

This seller is not required to cancel just because you request it

If this item is NOT in your purchase history you are free to ignore it

Sounds to me like in your browsing you hit a "Buy it Now" button and didn't know you committed to a purchase.

Time passed and when you didn't pay, the seller opened a case on you.

I believe you can contact the seller and tell them it was an accident and ask them to cancel the order.

If you can't contact the seller, maybe you can tell eBay through the case who will notify the seller.

If the item is in your purchase history you're required to pay for it under the UA.  While you can request a cancellation, the seller is not required to agree.  Failure to pay could result in a UID being opened against you.  Is that what you are receiving, UID notices?

During your shopping, did you place anything in your court and request combined shipping?  If you did, you have committed to buy.

If hte seller has opened an Unpaid Item Dispute, he cannot change it to a Cancellation.

The only ways to close it are if the buyer pays or if the seller closes it AND PAYS THE EBAY FEES ON THE SALE, which may be as much as 20% of the payment.

If the buyer refuses to pay, as others have said, he gets a Strike on his buying account. Most sellers have Blocks against deadbeats with Strikes and they will have difficulty buying in future.
