I purchased something and it was delivered to me, but Ebay gave me a refund for the item even though I never asked for a refund. Is there anyway I can return the money so it doesn't feel like I stole what was delivered.

If you think you might owe the seller money, they still ought to be contacting you. If they don't, then they probably don't care or don't deserve a refund.
If you want to be persistent:
Go to your Purchase History and find the item. The pulldown that says More Actions will have a choice of Contact Seller. Send the seller a message and ask what you can do to get them paid.
Perhaps thru PayPal or send them a check via snail mail.

It's possible somewhere along the way the seller is no longer a registered user.
If seller was new to selling...funds were on hold for 30+ days. Item got mailed to you regardless before the seller disappeared. Or something happened to seller's account. Just a thought. Can't refund someone who is no longer there. Just have to see if seller contacts you. Sending a refund it might just end up in limbo land.
