I have been paid twice for Order number: 17-12076-98015

as my credit card has deduct the value twice, so please help me to resolve this issue

Your post is contradictory.

First you say you were paid twice for an order

If you were paid twice for and order I would refund the second payment or ask the buyer if they wanted 2 of the item

Then you say you were charged twice.

The double charge that appears on your bank statement is likely an authorization (pending charge) rather than an actual charge. When you make a payment by credit card for certain services, your credit card company may authorize your card before the actual funds are taken.

The pending charge drops off when payment is completed. Until then it will appear you paid twice but actually you didn't.

The first charge was probably a hold put on the funds.
The second charge is the actual payment.
Once the payment is completed the hold will be removed.
