I have 2 pending charges that are about to start a payment plan? all is says is ebay commerce ?

Does anyone know if ebay commerece has a way to contact them?I have two charges that say this and are showing a payment plan is about to start?

Have you made any offers or bid on anything recently?

"When you purchase something on Ebay or many other places, they ping your funding source to make sure the payment method you are using will actually cover what you are purchasing.  That ping creates a Pending entry on your source account.  A Pending charge is NEVER taken from your actual money, it just sits there until the Vendor you purchased from actually processes the charge against your account or they release [the pending chg] for some other reason."

I have read of instances where when an item is purchased that the also includes an "extended subscription" to that product being sent again that includes a "payment plan".  (seller submits your info)

That may, or may not be what is happening.

you may be able to contact "eBay for business" on Facebook to have a CSR dig into what the "payment plan" is all about. Do not even bother to use the "call back" , or "chat" that is available on the general eBay pages. The "off-shore" CSR's will have no idea what you want, and will likely provide incorrect guidance as they will have toi go "off script" to give an answer to get you off the phone.
