I can't see the item I bought

I have an item in the shopping cart that I am trying to buy. But when performing the transaction I got a message saying the transaction could not be performed. I made another purchase attempt and received the same error. But the withdrawal of money from my debit card was made twice and I can not see the item in my purchase history.

Those payments may not have gone through.  You can call your card company and they can check. The posting can take time to go back off even if no payment went through.  What is the item number for that item you want to purchase?

I got a sms and an email from my card company. They said that the transaction was made twice.

That item number does not work.  You have to call your card company and see what info they have on those payments.
