I can't link my payoneer account to ebay "invalid first name" Error please help me

I changed my first name and  cleared the cache and cookies of my computer. But I can't proceed at this time because of invalid first name. I would appreciate it if you could let me know what the problem is and how to fix it .

You should contact your bank if you are having difficulties.  Ebay is not the problem.

Your eBay registered name and your Payoneer account name must match EXACTLY. Also seller's in Sri Lanka need to be registered as a buisiness before you can link eBay/Paypal and sell here.

It seems your government is really cracking down on this lately
