Not sure what you mean but if you're saying that your PayPal account in not linked to your eBay account as a payment method try this. Go to your My eBay> Account>PayPal Account under Payments and link you PayPal email address. Then see if it will ask you to Verify your PayPal account. If you have already done this and it's not working, you're not alone. It seems to be a glitch that has been reported before. All you can do is renter your information every time you check out.
