How to unlink Paypal completely

Hi,

I enrolled Managed Payment. On the shipping label purchasing page, there is still an option to use saved Paypal account to pay for shipping label, I am not able to find setting page for paypal account, there was a setting "Paypal account" under "Account" tab, but it is no longer there. I would like to completely unlink Paypal. Please help.

It is in your Shipping preferences under your Setting on PP.  You can choose to have shipping labels paid via your money in PP, your attached checking account or via a CC that you attach.  Your choice.

As to MP and shipping labels.  There is an option on EVERY shipping label you create in Ebay.  At the bottom, just above the Purchase button.  You can opt to have your shipping paid via your MP or PP account.  Once you make a selection, it will default to that setting for every label in the future until you change the default.  If you choose PP to pay for your shipping fees, then it will be paid via whatever you have your PP account set to as described above.

You can not unlink your PP account and there really is no need to do that.

When you say there is really no need to unlink your paypal account, there most certainly is.

If someone (my grandson) gets on your computer they have a direct link to paypal without password or any security so can buy anything they choose

You are a buyer.  Rules for buyer are very different than rules for sellers.  

In this case, buyers can pay with PayPal, but sellers are no longer allowed to use PayPal for money processing at all.  

I'd ask why your grandson has your password to get on Ebay?  Maybe it would help you if you changed your password.  Don't make it simple for someone else to figure out.
