How to return funds on hold?

hello,

i have an issue with an item that i was suppose to send out as new, while i was packaging it my cat jumped on the table and knocked it off and i had to open it and check if it is working and it doesn't seem to be. is there a way to send back a pending payment ? if not and i have to refund with my bank does the pending payment eventually go to me?

Cancel the order as out of stock and it'll refund the buyer.

Since Pay Pal doesn't refund their fee's, you'll need to make sure there is enough funds in your Pay Pal account to cover the refund.

thanks but the buyer has already sent a payment that is pending, will i eventually get that pending payment or am i taking a total loss?
