How to issue refund?

When Pay Pal used to work with eBay, you could issue a partial refund to a buyer through PayPal. Now that eBay has started the Managed Payments program, how do you issue a refund? i have to do it, but have no clue  how to do it. Any suggestions?

How to issue refund?

Payouts for eBay Managers is just like PayPal. You can issue a full or partial refund for up to 90 days at your seller nub.

Locate the order in your My Seller Nub or Sold My eBay.

From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.

Pick  a reason, the amount, and Send.

How to issue refund?

I don't see any dropdown menus where I can click on "Refund".  This Seller Hub is driving me crazy. I used the old Classic-looking eBay page for many years without problems. After I was pushed into this new Seller Hub, I can't make out anything. I have two different eBay accounts and each looks and acts differently.  I am a plain seller of second-hand items and I don't need all the stuff on these pages. They don't mean anything to me and don't do anything to me. All I want to know is which active listings I have, which ones received a bid, which ones got paid and which  did not sell. Everything else mean nothing to me. So please eBay, leave us alone and let us sell the old fashioned was. Give us back the good old classic eBay.

I still need to find the dropdown menu that would allow me to give a partial refund.

Go to 'orders'.  Click on the drop down to the left of the order you wish to make a refund on (either waiting to be shipped, or already shipped).  In the list you will see 'issue refund."  Issue the refund.
