I was recently switched over to managed payments and I'm trying to figure how I'm going to enter my sales into QuickBooks. Previously, I ran a monthly activity report in PayPal for all balance affecting transactions and I would review the excel/cvs file and enter sales manually.
I went to the new "Payments" tab in eBay and downloaded a "Transaction" report. The trouble with this report is that it does not list the sales items by name, only by their item ID number. Additionally, it doesn't list the state from which the order was placed. I really need the name of the items in this report so I know what it is I'm looking at, and I need to know the states so I can accurately record Florida tax in QuickBooks, and disregard out-of-state taxes collected by eBay.
I've also tried running a sales report and while it lists names of the items, it still doesn't provide buyer addresses.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I find that I have to download the Orders Report for tax information and buyer addressees. You can download it from the Orders page in Seller Hub.

Thank you! That will work. I will just need to run the transaction report as well to get my fees and shipping charges.
It would be nice if they provided all of this information in a single report. Oh well.

We have been asking for the two reports to be combined...maybe someday.

I was able to make one report by an exhaustive practice of matching up the item numbers on the Transaction Report and the File Exchange report, using several sorting actions. Not sure why a comprehensive report can't be issued through Ebay, though. All that has to be added to the Transaction report is the Title!
