How to connect to Seller if the package not arrived more than 90 days

Hello, 

I have ordered 4 items from different sellers on eBay and the package not delivered to my address. And after more than 90 days I cannot connect to the Seller. Do any body known how to solve this problem?

With ebay you have to file a case within 30 days of the last expected delivery date. If that has passed, paypal allows 180 days from purchase date to file  an item not received case. If you paid by credit card, contact your card company. Just don't file with both.  Oops, I did not see your not in the USA.  You have to contact the payment service you used.

I have no idea how long it would take to arrive in Cambodia, or if there may be a customs issue. Check on your tracking number, that may help.
