How the world does one reach Ebay by phone, website jumping on pages, bought item for me!

Pages on Ebay are jumping so much again.  If you try to put items in a watch list it either puts items in cart or buys them for a person, like today this website bought a Barbie.  Will make sure to take my credit card off file if I can get seller to acknowledge me and refund my money Ebay.  So very upset this website keeps putting items automatically in my cart and has bought this item I didn't want.  Why can't you fix this website so pages won't bounce around profusely and when we think it's adding items to a watch list it bounce so bad today it must have use the Buy It Now and weird part is usually one has to confirm (review) and agree.  It immediately went to cart and told me I bought it and used my credit card on file.  That card is coming off your website !  I'm peeved this should never happen and where's a phone number to reach Ebay!  I have been searching literally for one hours trying to find a way to reach a human being at Ebay!  So darn mad today!  I don't have time for this stuff!

I've never had a "ghost" purchase - ever.  I don't have items added to my cart.  My pages don't jump around.  MAYBE, just maybe, there is some user error occurring.  Perhaps that page jumping is your wrist on the mouse pad - and maybe you are hitting the "purchase" button.

Sometimes the page listing takes extra time to load.  It does keep jumping. Just like those click bait ads on Google  that have a slideshow. You hit NEXT and it gives you the ad above the Next icon instead of the next picture in the slide show.  It's  happened to me, too.

The watch button is below the buy now button and once I wanted to watch and it put it in the cart. I was able to remove it, though.  Now I make sure I can scroll freely up and down the whole page before taking any action on the listing.
