How much feedback do you need to have no holds on payments?

I am wondering if there is a certain number of feedback required to lift holds for sellers.

It has nothing to do with feedback.

Everyone is considered a new seller if they haven't sold anything in 30 days. Thus, there is a 30+ day hold on your funds. Nothing you can do about it. Once you start selling something "every month" the hold gets lifted.

eBay used to say new seller payments are on hold until you sold 25 items valued at $250  and it's  been 90 days since your first sale.

Does not matter how much feedback you have. If there is a pause in sales, the hold comes back for a time.
