How long does it take for Ebay to release held funds?

Hi, so title. 

I've got a bit of context on this thread, so feel free to check that out if you wanted to:

Baiscally, Ebay sided with me when it came to the request opened by the buyer, and the case I opened because the buyer was no longer responding to messages. I never got paid back the extra shipping I paid to get them their package (when, it was their fault in the first place..)

on my payouts, it reads that the payment for the item is on hold, but clicking it, it shows up as so: 

What I'm guessing is that the payment will be released to me? Is that right? Does that mean it'll go to my payout, and then processed? 

I'm just not sure, and this is the first time something like this ever happened, so I wanted to know if anyone else had something similar happen to them. I've got some guesses on how it might go, but some assurance from more experienced sellers wouldn't hurt either.

Since it is a weekend and Monday is a holiday, I suspect you'll see it in your bank sometime next week, probably Wed. or Thur.

Hi, thanks for replying way earlier. It's Friday now, and I've already been sent two other payouts, but still nothing on this particular payment. I noticed ebay payouts still haven't included some other items (thought not on hold) not calculated yet. Should I just keep waiting? 

I've been trying to contact ebay staff, but apparently the lines are too busy and chat doesn't seem to be available at the moment.
