How do you get a live person for help???

I have had two items this month (March 2021) sell, Eby says they are paid and the money doesn't show up in my Paypal acct. What's up?

Check the listing.

Is the address for your PP account the correct email?

What makes you think they have been paid?

Did the buyer mark them Paid on eBay? While this is useful for cash payments, and either buyer or seller can mark the item as Paid, it is not proof of anything.

Did you get an email from PP? Was it really from PP? Did you check the extended address?

Is the payment in your PP account but marked Pending?

Have you (been ) signed up for Managed Payments? Your buyer can pay by PP but you would get the payment in MP.

Since you are now in Managed Payments, your funds will be in your MP account and not Pay Pal.

I have gotten payments for years through Paypal. Nothing has changed there. Ebay marked it as paid and I asked the customer how she paid. Paypal. She said Paypal has marked it as completed but I never received it.
