I don’t want my bank account used for payouts I want my PayPal cash card used for payouts. How do I fix this?

Ebays contract with PayPal is expiring, and PayPal declined to sign a new contract, so eBay has contracted with Adyen (the payment processor for Etsy and many other sites) as the new payment processor.  ALL eBay sellers will be in managed payments by the end of 2021.  After you’ve been told to switch to managed payments, there’s no going back to PayPal.

eBay can only send a payout to a bank account. eBay is unable to send money to a credit, debit, or cash card.  They can only "charge" and "refund" to that type of payment method.  I'll be dealing with the same issue when eBay pulls my account into managed payments. In my case, I had already set up a special low-balance checking account that I had linked to PayPal for online transactions. I'll be linking that to eBay when the time comes.
