How do I correct my name for managed payments?

My checking account includes my middle initial, so figured it is only logical that I put my middle initial where it asks for a middle name when signing up for managed payments. Well, when I went to the next step to continue the process my name was shown without my middle initial. Now I'm signed up with a name that doesn't match my checking account. Is there a simple way to edit and correct this or can I delete this and do it over or what?

I'm encountering similar issue I cant get my id verified and its just stuck in a cycle spent 1 hour on the phone to Cs tonight still not solved. Has anyone found a way to get this sorted? seems absolutely broken process so far. Close to making sure I get my money out then leaving the platform all together
