I couldn't find a contact phone number for customer service. Have they taken that option away? So I'm asking my question here. Hope someone can help me. I have entered information on one bank, but I would like to change to another bank. Before I can delete one bank, I have to enter my new bank info. I did that. I went through all the questions and set up and everything looked like it went fine. But it did not change my bank info.
Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not at all sure what process you used or what kind of questions you would have answered. But try this.
Go to your Seller Hub
Hover over the Payment Tab
On the drop down menu, click on Payout Settings
If you still need customer service, try this.

Thank you for your response. I added and changed my bank info, but it won't accept the new bank. I'll keep trying.
As far as customer service, I want to actually talk to someone on the phone. I tried to chat with someone, but no one responded. They are getting laxed in their customer service.
