How consistent are daily payouts for available funds?

I received my first two payouts as scheduled. Available funds eventually hit my account.

All day on 1/27 the dashboard reflected next scheduled payout of available funds for 1/28. Noticed now it says 1/29 with the same available funds.

eBay really this isn't acceptable.

The one thing you can rely on with eBay is their unreliability. That, and taking your money quickly and doling it out to you whenever.
