How can know that Payoneer Account have been linked successfully

I linked my Payoneer account to eBay but I did not receive an email or confirmation. But in payments, I can see my Payoneer account. I want to know that have I linked the Payoneer account perfectly and why I did not receive the email???????????🙄

     This is mostly a US based seller board and few of us have any idea how things work in Sri Lanka or how the interaction works with Payoneer since we do not use Payoneer although every Sri Lankan seller seems to think we do.

Now it is nearly 2 weeks. Payoneer requested more documents and I sent them also.
