How can i pay ebay invoice

i have done my first two sales on ebay. i need to know how can i pay my ebay charges and all the payment should i pay to ebay. reason is still my sales payment also pending.it will be realized on next week. anyone can tell me is it enough to pay my ebay fees after receiving my sales payment or should i pay it before. thanking you

You should wait until eBay sends you an Invoice, but if you go to your Account > Selling Account, you can make a one time payment using PayPal or a Credit Card.

You  can pay it manually or automatically payment method.

Because you're from Sri Lanka, things might be different. I'm not sure, though.
