Go to help in your mobile app. Type in seller hub and you'll be on the desktop. Go to all orders. You know what to do from there!

This was my issue for some time. I've found the easiest way of doing this and also solving the problem of logging into eBay on the browser only to get kicked to the app. First delete the app on your phone. Then go to your search bar, put in eBay.com. The desktop version will come up and without the app on your device it has no choice, but to let you continue with the desktop version to send your invoice. I know it's a long way around to get to where you wanna go, but it will get you there. After that reinstall the eBay app and you are ready to go. One hint though is to have your password and 2 step verification up to date or it will be a headache to sign. That was my only issue.
