How can I delay my payments to eBay for the same period of time it takes them to pay?

How come I can pay instantly through three different institutions? My bank, PayPal, and all associated transfers can clear payment from my account in to eBay in milliseconds. It takes 6.95 working days for eBay to pay me while bypassing PayPal and two transactions involving them.

Are you asking why the FVFs are pulled immediately, instead of when your payout is actually initiated? Expand, please...

That’s how long it takes to process payments electronically. 

When you pay, the money starts moving. It can’t move if it sits in your account. It takes a few days of verifying along the way before it lands in the merchant’s account. 
When you pay for your groceries, a tank of gas, movie tickets, a new refrigerator, a bunny hug (I’m from Saskatchewan), anything paid for electronically, the merchant does not get that money in their bank account for 3-5 days. 
In addition to the delay, the merchant pays a fee for the processing. 

PayPal and Adyen (eBay) are apples and bicycles.

"it takes that long to process payments electronically' is a myth. You cannot rely on the average person's ignorance by blaming it on the largely misunderstood notoriously slow bank transfers.

Paypal and modern credit cards demonstrated and that it does not take that long to transfer available funds. Why can't we set up an instant payout from eBay based on a credit card? Because eBay would lose the use of the money it holds while doing its opaque internal processing and the bank transfer period.

 Instant transfers are made all the time. Traditional bank transfers are slow, and that is what you are describing. Businesses like eBay are using traditional bank transfer delays when paying out and instant transfer capability to get paid. Its obvious to anyone who ever paid attention in high school accounting class.

 This slow payout technique was originally demonstrated as 'check kiting' by less than scrupulous used car dealers in the 1930s. It is a creative accounting way of multiplying available capital. eBay makes a lot of money and financial clout by making use of maximum allowable and normal bank transfer delays while passing none of it down to their dwindling small seller base. Once upon this time this was unethical, today it is almost accepted since so many cheaters are out there.

Not sure what an FVF is, but yes.

 Why do payments show received from buyer, yet never show up in available, pending, on hold or in process? The go directly from 'received from seller' to 'payed out to buyer', but it takes three days to do so internally to eBay before it even goes into the banking tranfer limbo. During that processing time it does not appear in process, but it has to be in internal ebay process.  I imagine the only time amounts show up in those "available, pending, on hold or in process"  is if there is going to be yet another delay in payout.

 If eBay has not actually received funds from seller, then it should be posted  somewhere as receipt pending instead of a cash amount payed by buyer.

 no. FVFs are accounted for before the last $2.97 is deducted upon final transfer to bank. It appears to be a transfer fee to my bank account, but it is not labeled anywhere i can find it. It appears to be a 'hidden' charge.

There is a $.30 processing fee. Are you saying that you incur a $2.97 transfer fee in addition to that?

PayPal was loaning you the money. They did not have instant payment either. It is unfortunate that so many think PayPal was the norm. PayPal was the anomaly.
