I have a dial up account with Microsoft, which I don't use, however I use the e-mail account for all of my business. I need to change the credit card expiration date, however my credit card statement no longer has their number as they did in the past. Does anyone have a number where I can contact them to change the information? I get e-mails from them, however I'm concerned that they could be fake e-mails and don't want to send my information to them from there.

Why don't you contact microsoft directly? Or perhaps if you call the credit card company, they might have a number for you to call or an email address.

Your problem is not an eBay issue. You need to contact Microsoft.

Go to their web site and log in to your account.
They probably have contact information on their site.

Why are you paying for dial up access if you don’t use it? I’m sure changing your email address everyone would require a bit of work but it would be worth it in the long run, wouldn’t it?
Just looked it up and it’s $180/year, that’s a lot just for an email address…

I've had my e-mail address for many years and I use it all for my business so it would be a lot of trouble to go to all the businesses I work with to change it to a new one.
