Hold on money

Sold 5 items back in late November. Early December. Money is in available balance. Won’t let me withdraw. Says I have pending issues. Talked to several eBay reps and they say it’s a glitch

No one in here can help you with that. We are buyers and sellers in here.

CS reps are clueless and often give inaccurate information.

Do you have open returns? If you do, refund your buyers.

Hi @cabinetb_94 

You are a New Seller, your funds will be held up to 30 days.  It is not a glitch and I can't imagine "several " eBay phone reps telling you that.

If the 4 neg FB you received are accurate then yeah, I'd say there are issues to resolve.

Either way, if that buyer filed claims then your payments will be subject to holds because your account is "high risk" and no, it's not a tech issue. Learn more here:

The 4 negative has been taken care of. Refunded. Had a guy try to send me empty boxes back. My account has 0 issues. My money is showing in available balance. No holds. The withdraw button is light grey.

could be a "behind the scenes" thing that eBay is monitoring, and is not about to disclose what they are doing for privacy/security reasons.

In other words they see an issue, but do not disclose what the issue is as they do not want a "workaround". They just take the 5th and call it a "glitch".
