Help with payment please

I sold an item 2 days ago and usually my funds show up right away. It shows my buyer paid but somehow I changed payment method to my bank account instead of Paula and now it says funds are processing for two days. I want to ship it out but I want to make sure I will receive the money. Again this hasn’t happened before. Any help or suggestions!!?? Thank you
