I have over 50 rating 100% positive for 2 years. I recently sold a video card unopened to a buyer in a Apartment. 3 weeks after it was delivered they put in a claim that they never received it. Ebay payments immediately puts a hold on what funds I have and even gives me a negative balance for the rest even though I bought the shipping from them with confirmed tracking. Ok, so I find the Apt. complex call the office and sure enough my package is there. I contact the buyer and tell her that her package is there. She thanks me and picks it up. Closes the case 2 weeks ago.

My issue is my funds are still on hold. No reason they tried manual release but its not working. Has anyone had this issue and if so how long did it take for them to release your funds? Normally i get my funds deposited within 2 to 3 business days no issues.

Yes, they drag their feet releasing the money. I called and the case was closed, but it was still a week before my funds were released. It seems like there is a 30 day hold.

It would be nice for established sellers to not automatically hold your funds without a review of the case. Or at least release the funds the day after the case was closed in your favor.
