So I've been selling since 2017 and was always Top Rated. I've been trying to pay my store subscription for weeks now and now it's 6 weeks later. I've tried to contact Ebay and they put in a work ticket for my account with the tech guys. It still isn't fixed and the 15th is 12 days away. I spent lots of time listing items (over 2,000) and I'm afraid of getting cancelled or having to redo it all because Ebay can't fix this problem. My payouts are on time like clock work, and I can buy easily anytime with the payment methods I have in my settings. I took off Paypal as a payment method about 3 weeks ago because I don't use it anymore. Doesn't make sense since I use my bank account or card anyway.
So I went to "Payments" then "Summary"....then where it says "Next Invoice" I click on "Make Payment"...takes me to the next page "One time payment for Fees" page where a red box comes up and says "We ran into a problem, please try again later". I tried using my email link as well as the seller dashboard. Any ideas or can someone from Ebay actually read this and help instead of someone/customer service (he was very nice though) sending a ticket to somebody else?

Oh yeah, the old "ticket". That should take care of everything.

eBay missed a month payment on me and I then got charged twice the next month. Had nothing to do with my accounts or anything. I just let it go and hoped one month was free. Of course, they charged me twice the following month. I didn't call about it or anything. I think "opening a can of worms" only could make it worse as the old saying goes.
