I have -$538 in my ebay funds for a refund,first of all I have transactions processing as payments for $356.02 and another for $176.71,I refunded the buyers before the payment even hit my bank account,once they are done processing,will my funds improve?

Yes, everything will fall in place. It just takes time, especially there is bank activity on weekends.
