In late September, I ordered a new graphics card from what I thought was a reliable ebay seller. The seller has been active since 2000 and had a 100% feedback rating with a feedback score of over 2000, so I figured my purchase was fairly safe. After purchase, I was told the listing was removed from ebay and the seller had been unregistered. I received no other info on my item other than it was meant to arrive between 0ctober 3 and 6th, but it never arrived. I opened an ebay dispute over an item that never arrived on the 7th and the seller never responded. On the 10th, I opened a PayPal dispute and the seller responded today and I got a notification that my item had shipped. I still have no delivery date for the item, no tracking, and I can't contact the seller. On PayPal, the only note the seller left was "007 false add." At this point, I really don't know what is going on. Am I getting my item? Is the scammer just trying to make sure I don't get a refund by sending me something? Any help or thoughts you may have on my situation would be appreciated.

Why did you open a dispute on E bay then go to PAYPAL and open a dispute? You can only have one dispute opened at a time. WHat did the e bay dispute say?
