Hi there! I have purchased a gift card and while scratching off the gray coating. I had lost 3 of my numbers. Any help?

You should probably bring to the attention of the vendor whom you purchased it from. No one here has access to knowing what the numbers could be.

Just went to the vendor I purchased from and they said they’re not liable since I have already purchased the card.

Posting an image of your gift card is not a good idea.
The last four numbers are clearly visible in that image.
All the other numbers are repeated on the bottom of the card.

It could be some thief copied down the number and then removed those digits. The thief replaced the scratch off coating and puts the card back on the display. They keep checking it's balance and wait for it to be sold. They then spend it as they have it's number. The missing digits keep you from spending it before they do.
Another reason to NEVER buy gift cards.

Perfect example on why to avoid gifts cards. You really need to check if the card has been tampered with, and even then some thief are clever on hiding when a card has been tampered with.
