Gift Card Error : This code can't be applied to your order.

i get the error "This code can't be applied to your order" when i try to buy an earbuds with my Ebay gift card and the balance be 0$ .

i contacted ebay support and they said my Ebay gift card is frozen and my Ebay account doesn't have any problem but i can't buy any thing with gift card  , i get the error for any Ebay gift card and any products.

Does anyone have more info about this error?

For whatever reason, eBay has frozen your gift card balance.

You won't be able to spend the balance.

Maybe contact customer service again to find out why they froze the card.
