This is a complaint about @eBay of a backdoor in their system which , I believe, some employees take advantage of.
They open fake accounts and put orders, as soon as the seller shipped the item they want a refund, ignoring all arguments and the documents from the seller They accept the refund requirement. After a while the item is delivered, the seller require the money, this time they answer the seller contact the buyer, as you guess no answer from the buyer. The seller keeps sending messages to both the buyer and the @ebay customer service And they keep answering there is nothing to do, and the will take some actions about the buyer. So the seller is left alone with the legal system of USA.

 eBay employees do not open fake accounts to buy things for sellers, if you have proof that the buyer works for ebay show me.  

If a buyer opens an item not received claim and the seller does not up load tracking showing delivery the buyer wins the case. If the buyer receives the item after the case is closed the seller can ask the buyer to repay but eBay is out of the picture and can't force the buyer to repay.

You could not sell to the USA... but I don't think that will fix your issue. 🙄

You don't accept returns which is why the buyer didn't send it back, nor did ebay advise the buyer to do so.  No returns does not mean no refunds.

 

Sorry for your situation, but perhaps you should really rethink your business platform.

As I mentioned I provided 3 different documents 1.acceptance slip given by the carrier, 2.dispatch document given by Turkish Customs and 3. Document that shows USPS received the item and delivered it  And I sent these docements 4 times but ebay ignores them and answered me like “there is no proof that you sent the item” what else should I do?

This is not my return policy, the buyer required a refund after I shipped the item and before she even gets it. At the end she gets both the money and the item. If she had mentioned that she didnt like the item and required a return I could have take steps accordingly.
