File exchange error code 732 : Error - Please provide valid PayPal email address for PayPal payments

Hello fellow ebay members,

I have entered correct paypal address in my ebay account. It is already linked correctly and I have used it for many purchases as well. 

Address on my ebay as well as paypal account is also same. 

Despite that when I try to upload an ebay file through file exchange I am getting this error.

Can anyone please suggest what could be the issue and how can it be fixed?

On a side note, I am also facing issue uploading files on file exchange through chrome browser. I can easily upload file through mozilla browser. But on chrome browser, clicking on upload button doesn't trigger any action. It appears as if the upload is disabled in chrome.  

First issue is more important and urgent at the moment than the second one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not familiar with File Exchange or its errors, but if you are trying to list an item with Immediate Payment Required, try listing the item without that requirement.

In some cases, PayPal may require an upgrade to a business account in order to be able to use that option, and if the account does not have the sufficient level, you may get an error message about an invalid address when you attempt to list.

If you are using a mac, some users have posted about problems adding photos in Safari or Chrome since the last update -- I wonder if your your upload button issue is related to that.

And I have sold 3 items before.

Its only that this time I am trying to list item through file exchange and not through the traditional way but I am getting this error.
