Can you please give some information ? What has occurred that makes you believe you are being scammed?
You may get a quicker reply if you post on your own boards in the UK as it is 1.20am in the US

Claiming someone has committed fraud a serious claim. You do realize in some countries you can be sued for slander.

"Posts from the cheer leading squads"?
The OP has received several factual and correct replies from knowledgeable eBay members.
He has also been asked to return and give more complete details so that help can be offered more closely related to his problem.
Sorry you have chosen to belittle those experienced volunteers here who are trying to offer help.

Most used words in posts on this forum are Fraud and scammers.
It appears that when things don't go the way a person wants then he simply says other party committed a fraud or he was a victim of a scam.
OP does not give any details yet he expects every one to give him advice having condemned the seller and any one asking him to hold his opinion in abeyance becomes victim of ridicule or insults of others.
We all know that scammers (Not real buyers and not real sellers) will continue to carry out their illegal acts and online crime is on the increase as this is wrongly seen as a victimless crime.
There are 2 squads operating and these are as you put it one is Cheerleaders and others are criminals.
Opinion and perceptions based on garbage spouted by some one leads to insurrection and abuse of others.
I am so glad that you have some joy in your life and hope that this is not at the expense of others.

In the absence of clear and precise details most of us on this forum can not determine whether you have been a victim of fraud or not. Please provide details allowing us to make our own mind and then we can give you advice based on eBay's policies and our experiences in dealing with issues same or similar to what you may have faced.
Simple fact is that in vast majority of cases it is impossible for sellers to commit fraud against buyers as eBay has a money back guarantee for all buyers with a promise you get your item or your money back.
This programme relies on buyers honesty and integrity and this forum is full of horror stories told by sellers who have been victim of fraud carried out by buyers.
Fraud is not exclusively carried out by buyers and there are people out there who list on eBay therefore classified as sellers with the sole intention of committing a fraud.

Come on -- the entire cheerleading squad is relying on your pom pom shaking ability!
We stand in awe of your agility.

I don't want to be a victim of your fraud.
I demand video evidence of you shaking your Pom Poms.
Failure to provide this will result in you being reported to FBI.

Even worse when some one sends Sheila Canning to verify facts.
soh.maryl may not know what I am referring to as she may not be familiar with Sheila Canning.
Back to business in hand
OP appears to have ignored request for information.
It appears to be quite a common occurrence that a topic is posted and respondents take the discussion in a different direction and loose focus and the OP rarely contributes, provides missing information or acknowledges the responders.
