I thought that I was signing for a one time express payout, now I am charged $2.00 for every sale. I have looked for a way to undo this for days, no luck. Is there a way to undo this?

that should not be happening, are you sure you didn't sign up for something else? like sponsored listings, etc?
you should be reaching out to ebay help & support, but I also think this type of thing has been posted about before if you do a search on here there may be more info available

If you go to your Account Settings/Payments and toggle to 'Daily', it'll stop the 'on-demand' payouts.
Is that ^^^ the same as a 'one time express payout'? If so, try that. Good luck.

it should only be charging a $2 fee upon a express payout that has been requested, not a per listing fee I think there is something else happening or they are confused about what they signed up for.

Ah, @ozarkpickers. I just found the 'invitation', and don't see a way out... but surely there is one. Anyone??? 🤔
The 'Post-Promotion Fees' gives me pause...

that is a (already expired) promo for $1 express payouts (for 5 of them), after the promo ends it is $2 per payout,
NOT A PER ITEM LISTING FEE.

I'm going to take a wild guess that OP meant they are being charged $2 for every payout, not for every sale.
eBay is sneaky with those offers for "free" or discounted express payouts - they usually include setting Express as the default for future payouts so that you are charged the full fee each and every time once the promotion ends.
To change this, in Seller Hub under Payments > Summary scroll down to Your Preferences and select Manage next to Payout method:
Then change the setting to the Standard option instead of Express.
Or try this link, it should take you to those settings directly.
