Error message when trying to upload bank statement.

Hello,

I changed my bank account for ebay payouts and ebay asked me to upload bank statement.

When I try to upload I receive an error message.

I tried multiple browsers with no result. I wonder if someone knows a solution to this problem?

Has to be the entire page with name on it and with the bank logo on it also. And I did that also. And banks do not do color statements to give to customers so I found out. I am not sure if eBay is requesting a color statement with the logo in color. I was doing it to request immediate payments. After I did it I got payments on hold for 3 days and no nothing back if it was OK so I decided to just let it go. I didn't what my funds on hold again or any further problems. I guess I can wait for my funds.

I'm still trying to figure out.

My bank has to different type of statements.

Type 1: Monthly statement which has the full address but there isn't a logo of the bank.

Type 2: Custom statement, which you can generate from the bank's website it is in color and has a logo but the address it shows is partial, not the full address.

So I'm stuck, tomorrow I'll go to bank to ask what can I do.

I did everything right.  Current statment, in color, full page, name and account number visible and match my ebay selling account for payouts. Still NADA! Error message.  wth! Getting fed up!
