Error can not contact the buyer!!!

Yesterday I was still able to take orders and notify buyers of their order status and respond to their problems. but today when i add tracking number and want to contact the buyer that their order is being delivered for easy tracking but the system says!!
Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later.
I tried again with both new and old orders and got the same result!!

Anyone have the same error??

Those types of errors show up from time to time, especially if they are running an update that affects those functions.  Just try again later.

However you should be aware that Ebay automatically sends your buyer an email when you ship if you have loaded the tracking number into Ebay.  Ebay sends all kinds of automatic emails.  Honestly you don't need to add to them, it is a bit overwhelming for the buyers.

Ebay notifies them when they buy an item, again when it has shipped, again when the tracking shows received and then a few days later if they haven't left FB.

Save yourself some work.  I know you are doing it to be a good seller with good customer services.  But at some point it just feels like spam to the buyer since Ebay does it too and you can not turn off the Ebay emails.
