Error When Signing Up For Managed Payments

I finally got a notification from eBay that I needed to sign up for Managed Payments, but I can't get past step one, "verifying my information".  My saved name, address, and phone number are correct, but whenever I try to go to "next", I get the error message  "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later." This happened on my home computer with two different browsers, from a tablet using the app, and again from a PC at my workplace using yet another browser. I would like to get started with managed payments as I want to keep selling in the coming year.

I found the answer in another topic: Can't use a P. O. Box, MUST be a street address only!

Guess I won't be buying or selling on eBay anymore since our PO Box is the only address associated with our checking account. I would prefer to stay with PayPal but I guess this is not an option. Oh well, goodbye eBay!

I won't be selling on Ebay because there in NO way I am giving a company with such horrible customer service my bank account information

Yet the bank information you refuse to give eBay (account#, routing#, name, address and phone#) is printed on every check you happily hand or send to someone you've never seen before in your life.

Unfortunately, when I put in my "street" address it says "address doesn't match our postal service records".  Of course it doesn't.  PO doesn't deliver mail to my area hence the free PO Box!

Make sure it's a street address, not PO Box - I had the same issue. Which is dumb, as I use it for all my mailing and billing.

i have the same error message and the it dept has been working on this for two MONTH and my payments are on hold, I need help with this ASAP
