Hi I’m trying to sell some trainers but every time I go to process and sell.  It says you have a problem with PayPal email address.  I’ve contacted PayPal and they say contact you.

What link did you follow to get here?

The reason I ask is that you appear to be registered in the UK, but you are currently posting to the US discussion boards.

If you are trying to list an item on ebay.co.uk with Immediate Payment Required and you are sure your email address is correct and your PayPal account is current, try listing without the Immediate Payment Requirement. You may need to upgrade your PayPal account to use that feature.

Unfortunately, eBay's software has misdirected you to the discussion boards for the US site (ebay.com). You'll want to post this question on your "home" board so it can be better--and more accurately--answered by your fellow sellers.

Keep in mind these are member-to-member community discussion boards--not eBay customer service. There are no customer service reps who actively participate in these boards--only member just like you. You'll have to contact ebay.co.uk customer service reps in whatever fashion is available to you on that platform.

In the meantime, ebay.com staff is trying to research exactly how UK members are being misdirected to the US site. If you have a moment, could you post the URL of or link to the page from ebay.co.uk that brought you here?
