So when I want to make an offer or bid on an auction eBay says that I have to add a payment method, when I already have a credit card added that I previously used for checkouts, bids, and offers, and if try to add again my credit card on 'add payment method' it says they couldn't verify the card, all info correctly written.
On Payments, the credit card is there and on buying preferences is listed on both for Checkouts and Auctions and offers, but if I click Auctions and offers it tells me I have no payment method for Auctions and offers despite the card being listed on the page before and also says that they can't verify my credit card when I try adding it there.
I have no problems with checkout, the last time I could bid with this credit card was on April 21.
