Ebay orders are placed before you check what Charge Card is on file.

I should have gone to my account to check what Charge card is on file.

Couldn't go back and change the card that I want used! Says paid but I don't have that card anymore!

Selected cancel and send message to seller that Ebay used the wrong card.

Will order again with the correct card and hope they don't send 2.

No, you used the incorrect card, eBay have nothing to do with this.

You need to wait until you hear from the seller before you attempt to buy again because the funds you sent will be sent back to the card you used once they cancel and refund.

Not sure how the payment went through if the card was no longer valid, so you need to check that out as well first.

If you no longer have the first card in your name, then it is invalid and the sale will not go through. A sale will not be valid unless the payment card is authorized. It may take a day but it will come back as invalid.

In the event that you presently don't have the main card in your name, then, at that point, it is invalid and the deal won't go through. A deal won't be legitimate except if the installment card is approved. It might require a day yet it will return as invalid.

No within a few seconds the invoice came up paid.

Wanted to remove from cart until I could update the card info, but you can't, it placed the order immediately.

There was only 1 for sale. Hopefully it can be resolved by the seller. i cancelled the order with the explanation that I want the order but under the correct card. Going through the E-mails now, hope one is from the seller.

Do you realize what you are saying? A person can stop using a credit card, which would imply it is no longer a valid card, and by leaving it on their account all future purchases simply go to that invalid card? 

It seems the card is still valid you just wanted to use a different card. That's not what you wrote in your initial post....
